Construction time varies with the design, permitting, inspections, material availability, and weather. Once permits are approved and construction begins, Modern Pools can typically complete a standard pool build within six to eight weeks — and often sooner.

Modern Pools recommends and frequently installs Pentair equipment. If you prefer another equipment brand, we are happy to discuss the available options with you.
Modern Pools does not currently provide financing directly. However, we can refer you to trusted third-party lending partners who offer financing options for qualified homeowners.

After inspecting the pool and confirming your selections, Modern Pools will provide an estimated construction schedule and keep you updated throughout the project.
In many cases, yes. Depending on the existing pool structure and property conditions, we may be able to change the pool’s shape, adjust its depth, or modify specific areas.
Some structural changes require engineering, permits, and inspections.
Yes, a spa can often be added to an existing pool. The design may include a raised or pool-level spa, additional seating, jets, heating, and a spillway into the pool.

Yes. Modern Pools can replace or upgrade pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, automation systems, saltwater systems, and other pool equipment as part of your remodel.
